Tucker Hibbert looks to continue win streak at Canterbury Park Snocross National

January 3, 2018 – Tucker Hibbert is focused on continuing his win streak at the third stop of the ISOC National Snocross tour, just outside of Minneapolis, at Canterbury Park this weekend. In his 18th professional season, the 33-year-old who hails from Pelican Rapids, Minn. is undefeated this winter.

At the first two stops of the ISOC National Snocross tour in Duluth, Minn. and Jackson, Wyo., Hibbert won all four final events and six of the eight qualifying rounds. After a three-week break from racing over the holidays, the 10-time champion is feeling recharged and ready for a strong performance at Canterbury Park.

Pro racing action in Shakopee takes place Friday and Saturday. The races will be streamed live on snocross.com/livestream and delay broadcast on CBS Sports Network. For more information on Hibbert, visit tucker-hibbert.com.

Getting back to racing and competing at Canterbury Park:

“It’s going to feel good to get back to the racetrack. It’s been a long break with the holidays. It’s always nice to have a break to reset but I’m ready to get back to racing.”

“Canterbury Park is always one of the best races of the year. With all the cold weather we’ve had, we should have a really good track. There’s something about racing at Canterbury that’s really different than any of the other races on the schedule. The crowd is always big and really energetic. As a racer, you feed off that energy. It should be a fun weekend.”

Success so far this winter:

“I’m really happy with how the season has went so far. It’s been a great start. The first two events went really well and I’m looking to carry that momentum into this weekend and through the rest of the season.”

Weekend goals:

“The goal is to win, like always – the qualifiers and final events. I’m focused on having a consistent, safe weekend and to extend my points lead.”
