Thursday evening 28/3

Check-in, drop-in starting at 18:00.
21:00-00:00: Overview and presentation of Arctic Cat 2020, HardCore/Alpha One as well as grouping for upcoming activities. This year, we are honored to welcome Arctic Cat Team Sweden, Adam Thomelius, Tim Marklund, Oskar Andersson, Tanja Brejhta Nordfjell. We are also happy to welcome representatives of Textron USA.

Friday 29/3

07:30-08:30 - Breakfast.
08:30-09:30 - Suit-up/check-in with your group outside the lodge.  Photos.
09:30 - Departure, group ride with your guide.
12:30-13:30 - Lunch, outdoors-mountainside. Test & tune-station during lunch.
17:00 - Return to the Lodge and wrap up the day. Photo collection: submit your pictures from the day’s activities to our photographer.
19:00 - Dinner, followed by a meet-up in the pub. Photo/video showing where we will all select the day’s most spectacular photos and videos and award fantastic prizes!

Saturday 30/3

07:30-08:30 - Breakfast.
09:30 - Packed up and ready to go on your machine. Departure, group ride with your guide.
12:30-13:30 - Lunch, outdoors-mountainside. Test & tune-station during lunch.
17:00 - Return to the Lodge and wrap up the day. Photo collection: submit your pictures from the day’s activities to our photographer.
18:00-19:30 - Spa bath and sauna
20:00 - Dinner, followed by a meet-up in the pub. Photo/video showing where we will all select the day’s most spectacular photos and videos and award fantastic prizes!

Sunday 31/3

08:00-09:30 - Breakfast.
10.00 - Packed up and ready to go on your machine for those who wish to ride. Optional ride.
12:00 - Check out. (Those choosing to participate in the optional ride should check out beforehand). Showering and changing facilities will be available upon return in the afternoon.
